Once you are in interested in our vacancies you should contact us and send us all your relevant information. You will then be registered as a official candidate. We will then set an interview time with you.
Step 2: Interview (2-3 weeks)
Call with a UREC Recruiter
When a time has been confirmed, the screen call will be done on either WeChat or Skype. In this call, the UREC interviewer will ask you a few questions and give you more details about our positions. This will also be an opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have. If accepted successful we will arrange an interview date with your prospective school.
School interview
When a time has been mutually agreed, the screen call with your school will be done on either WeChat or Skype. In this call, the school recruitment team will ask you a few questions about your experience and interests and provide you with even further information about the position.If accepted we will provide you with all the relevant contracts.
Step 3: Preparing for China (1-2 months)
Begin Visa Preparations
After you have accepted our offer and sent the signed contract, your recruiter will send our official visa guide and support documents to get started. We will guide you through the visa process from start to finish, from getting your background check to your Z visa application (Work Visa).
Step 4: Coming to China (2-3 months)
Airport pickup and residence
Once you land in Hong Kong, Shenzhen or Guangzhou, someone from the UREC team will be there to pick you up. We will then help you to get to your residence and help you to settle down.
